Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy

 

1. Return Conditions

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received does not match the order placed.
  • The product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
  • The customer chooses to return the item within the allowed period, provided it is unused, unassembled, in its original condition, and includes original packaging and all accessories.

2. No Direct Exchanges

For operational reasons, our store does not offer direct exchanges.

  • To obtain a different model or variation, customers must return the original item and place a new order after the refund has been processed.

3. Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
If the order has already been dispatched or the 24-hour period has passed, cancellation will no longer be available.
In such cases, customers should wait for delivery and then submit a return request according to our store procedures.

4. Request Procedure

To submit a return or refund request, customers must contact us via email and provide:

Order number
Reason for the request
Photos in case of damaged or faulty items

5. Return Shipping

A return label is included inside the package and delivered together with the order.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned properly packaged, in perfect condition, and with all original accessories included.

6. Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days.

A confirmation will be sent once the process is completed.

7. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method selected at purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
